Job summary

Spero Solutions is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and oversight of electrical systems for commercial nuclear, DOE, and regulated facilities. The role may involve power distribution, grounding, and protective relays, with ETAP analyses and cross-disciplinary coordination.

You will mentor engineers, manage design packages, and interface with clients and regulators to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years electrical engineering experience in nuclear, DOE, or complex industrial facilities.
• Experience leading electrical design efforts on multidisciplinary projects.
• PE license preferred or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, and coordination of electrical designs for regulated projects.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers and designers.
• Review calculations, specifications, and design packages for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure project success.
