Job summary
Valar Atomics is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to build and lead our electrical engineering team for a first-of-a-kind nuclear power plant. You will own the electrical architecture, generator integration, protection, and grid interconnection across reactor, fuel manufacturing, power generation, and site infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years electrical engineering experience in power generation, utility, process, or industrial projects.
- Experience leading an electrical engineering team and hiring engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical engineering team across LV, MV, and HV scopes for reactor, fuel manufacturing, and site infrastructure.
- Own electrical architecture end-to-end including interconnection, generator integration, protection, and switchyard.
- Manage vendor engagement, design reviews, and licensing-support activities.
- Coordinate electrical scope across multiple programs and ensure rigorous nuclear quality documentation.
