Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc, a growing employee-owned engineering firm expanding into Denver, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to establish its electrical practice and lead the new office.

This role will build the local team, coordinate with existing offices, and deliver power distribution and electrical design for industrial and life sciences facilities.

Licensed PE in Electrical with Colorado registration or ability to obtain is required; leadership and growth mindset essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical) with Colorado registration or ability to obtain.
• Experience leading electrical design for industrial or process-driven facilities like semiconductor or life sciences.
• Desire to learn and grow into the new Denver office leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local point of contact for clients in the region.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and designers as the office grows.
• Staff and deliver projects with other offices.
• Design power distribution for industrial facilities including MV/LV, lighting, standby generation.
• Lead electrical design from basis of design through construction documents and startup.
• Review and seal drawings as Engineer of Record.
