Job Juncture is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to establish its new Denver office. You will build the local practice, recruit and mentor staff, and collaborate with other offices to staff and deliver projects in the region.

The role focuses on designing electrical systems for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, and process-driven facilities, with opportunities to lead in a growing office as it expands in Denver.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical), with Colorado registration or the ability to obtain it.
• Experience leading electrical design for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or other process-driven facilities.
• Desire to learn and grow into the new role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm's local point of contact for clients in the region.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and designers as the office grows.
• Work with the firm's other offices to staff and deliver projects.
• Design power distribution for industrial and critical facilities, including low- and medium-voltage distribution, motor controls, lighting and lighting control, standby generation, and fire alarm.
• Perform and review short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.
• Lead electrical design from basis of design through construction documents, construction administration, and startup.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, and controls engineers on integrated facility designs.
• Review and seal drawings and calculations as Engineer of Record.
