Talent With Heart is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to establish and lead its new Denver office, building the local electrical practice while delivering projects for semiconductor fabs, life sciences plants, and industrial facilities. The role requires leadership to staff, mentor, and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams as the office grows in the Denver market.

The ideal candidate has licensure as a Professional Engineer (Electrical) with Colorado registration or the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Licensed PE (Electrical) with Colorado registration or ability to obtain it.
• Experience leading electrical design for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or process-driven facilities.
• Desire to learn and grow into the new role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of the Denver electrical office and grow the local team.
• Design power distribution for industrial and critical facilities, including low/medium-voltage distribution and lighting.
• Perform short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies and review calculations as Engineer of Record.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, and controls engineers on integrated facility designs.
