Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering design for building systems.
• Experience designing electrical systems for healthcare facilities and other complex institutional facilities.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, emergency power, lighting, fire alarm, and codes.
• Experience leading projects through planning, design, and construction phases.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, AGi32 or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design and delivery across healthcare and complex building projects.
• Oversee normal and emergency power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, grounding, and low‑voltage systems.
• Serve as technical lead and client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage projects from concept through construction administration and close‑out.
• Support healthcare delivery with compliance to FGI Guidelines, NFPA 99, NEC, and Joint Commission.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants for fully integrated design solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and professional development to junior engineers.
• Participate in field investigations, condition assessments, and construction-phase services.
