Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our Buildings team. You will serve as the technical lead on projects of various sizes, guiding a team of electrical engineers and designers through all phases from concept to construction.

You will lead design development, coordinate with other disciplines, review specifications, and mentor staff while pursuing new business opportunities. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering is required or equivalent.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in related professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads work on multiple projects with a team of design colleagues to develop full construction documents.
• Provides supervision to staff to develop skills and guide career goals.
• Leads in client meetings to establish design criteria and support through construction administration.
