Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
Previous experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems).
Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board.
Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit, SKM, AGI, and Easy Power.
Responsibilities
Provide detailed designs and coordination of facilities with team members.
Prepare construction documents with BIM/CADD platforms.
Edit and prepare design specifications.
Review fee estimates, cost opinions, and write technical documents.
Perform QA/QC review of construction documents and technical reports.
Select equipment using vendor software and communicate with sales representatives.
Track and meet design budgets.
Attend and lead design meetings with other team members.
Provide construction administration service throughout all phases of construction.
