Qualifications

• Senior Electrical Engineer with experience leading design for Battery Energy System Storage (BESS) facilities.
• Experience managing electrical design budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Ability to build client relationships and work across EPC programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical design for Battery Energy System Storage (BESS) facilities.
• Manage Electrical engineering staff on diverse and challenging projects across our portfolio of design services and EPC programs.
• Oversee Electrical design quality, budget, and schedule.
• Function as a technical expert.
• Develop budgets and schedule for projects and proposals.
• Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers.
