Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

We're partnered with a nationally licensed, 100% employee-owned MEP firm headquartered in Kansas City, seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to help drive technical excellence on fast-paced projects across commercial, residential, retail, education, and entertainment sectors.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead and oversee electrical system design from concept to delivery
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
• Collaborate closely with project managers, BIM teams, and other disciplines
• Contribute to strategic decisions, process improvements, and client relationships
