What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline
- 4+ years of related technical experience in mill, production, or staff R&E environments
- Demonstrated working knowledge of electrical engineering competencies, including motion control and process automation
- Proven ability to establish effective cross-functional networks at the enterprise level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the paper industry, particularly in tissue machine and/or converting operations
- Familiarity with sectionalized drive control and distributed control applications
- Knowledge of airlaid technologies and processes
- Experience in project management and leading diverse teams
