We're seeking a full-time, staff Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team located in Greenville SC, Charlotte NC, or remotely. As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you'll lead electrical engineering efforts within EPC projects, overseeing deliverables, design criteria, specifications, proposals, scope, budget, and schedules for various projects. You will operate with minimal oversight, managing project execution, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and integrating electrical solutions into project workflows. Your responsibilities include technical leadership, design optimization, regulatory compliance, and team mentorship, with support to the Electrical Department Manager when needed.
The salary range for this role is $136,400 - $204,600, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, life insurance, paid leave, and voluntary benefits.
