What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Lead the development and execution of capital projects using KC NA Project Management Practices
  • Provide leadership in safety, ethics, quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainability
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and program execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, and external service providers
  • Maintain technical expertise and communicate developments impacting the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
  • 4+ years of related technical experience in mill, production, or staff R&E environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical engineering competencies and project management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing business priorities
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead diverse teams to meet project objectives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in paper manufacturing with expertise in tissue machine and converting operations
  • Familiarity with sectionalized drive control and servo-based motion control systems
  • Knowledge of process automation and visualization applications for operator interfaces
