The role concentrates on managing budgets, schedules, and resources while mentoring staff across North America to deliver safe, high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in electrical design.
• Experience leading electrical design teams.
• Experience managing budget and schedule.
• Power generation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of electrical designers in developing raceway systems.
• Manage design activities against project schedule and budget.
• Track and report design progression to management.
• Interface with construction to ensure safe, constructible designs.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project team.
• Mentor design team and ensure quality and standards.
