Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking an Electrical General Superintendent to oversee electrical construction activities on a project site in Broussard, Louisiana. You will coordinate installation, ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations, and lead electricians, subcontractors, and technicians.

Collaboration with project managers and engineers is essential to complete projects on time. The role requires directing procurement, installation, testing, documentation, and change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Certification as an electrician or electrical technician.
• 3+ years of experience in field construction management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and electrical work sequences with stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Oversee electrical construction activities, including material procurement, installation, wiring, and testing.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Implement quality control to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Promote a safety culture with regular meetings, inspections and audits.
• Maintain electrical documentation including drawings and as‑built records.
• Monitor progress and report milestones to project managers.
• Assess and document changes to electrical work (change orders).
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
