Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in Louisiana to lead field delivery of the electrical package on a high-profile, $3B project. You will oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover while coordinating with clients, design teams, and trades on site.

The role requires a strong background in electrical leadership across industrial, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities, with willingness to travel and work on-site in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Strong background as an Electrical Superintendent, Electrical General Superintendent, Electrical Construction Manager, or similar construction leadership role.
• Proven experience supervising largescale electrical installations on industrial, advanced manufacturing, commercial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, safety requirements, quality control, commissioning, and project sequencing.
• Willingness to travel and work fulltime on-site in Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical field operations across a major advanced manufacturing project.
• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of complex electrical systems.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, foremen, trade partners, vendors, engineers, and project management teams.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, sequencing, and daily construction activities.
