Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on a Knoxville site. You will coordinate installation, supervise electricians and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with plans, codes, and safety standards, while collaborating with project managers and engineers.

The role requires leadership of diverse crews, meticulous documentation, and proactive safety leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA and local codes.
• Experience with testing, commissioning and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specs and equipment manuals.
• Proven leadership of electricians, subcontractors, and technicians on construction sites.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction on site and ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes and safety standards.
• Lead and develop a team of electricians, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Coordinate material procurement, installation, wiring, and testing activities.
• Review subcontractor work, manage performance, and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain documentation, shop drawings, and submittals; report progress to stakeholders.
• Promote safety through regular meetings, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage change orders, schedule updates, and client communications.
