Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical field operations on a major Louisiana project. You will oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of complex electrical systems in a high-profile industrial setting.

Are you an Electrical Superintendent with strong electrical construction experience across advanced manufacturing, industrial, or other highly complex facilities? This is a rare opportunity to join a leading national contractor delivering over a $1B MEP package as part of a $3B advanced manufacturing development in Louisiana. You will take ownership of the electrical scope, supervising field installation and coordinating complex electrical systems across one of the most technically advanced projects in the country.

The company is a highly respected contractor specialising in large commercial, industrial, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical builds. With significant growth across its industrial division, it is now seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field delivery of the electrical package and coordinate with clients, design teams, trade partners, vendors, and internal project teams.

Your background could come from a range of complex facility environments, including:

• Semiconductor and microelectronics fabrication facilities.
• EV, battery, and other gigafactory developments.
• Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom manufacturing plants.
• Aerospace and defense production facilities.
• Clean technology, renewable energy, or green-hydrogen plants.
• Data centers and other mission-critical projects.
• Large-scale industrial or process facilities involving complex electrical systems.

The Role:

• Lead electrical field operations across a major advanced manufacturing project.
• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of complex electrical systems.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, foremen, trade partners, vendors, engineers, and project management teams.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, sequencing, and daily construction activities.

The Person:

• Strong background as an Electrical Superintendent, Electrical General Superintendent, Electrical Construction Manager, or similar construction leadership role.
• Proven experience supervising largescale electrical installations on industrial, advanced manufacturing, commercial, or mission-critical projects. Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, safety requirements,
• quality control, commissioning, and project sequencing.
• Willingness to travel and work fulltime on-site in Louisiana.
