• Oversee lifecycle of work orders from creation to shop floor execution.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with technical standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate FAT procedures, equipment readiness, and technician support.
• Manage personnel administration including performance reviews and onboarding.
• Collaborate with quality control to verify as-built docs and ECO integration.
