• Lead and mentor electrical assembly teams, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
• Optimize production schedules by managing resource assignments and adjusting timelines to mitigate project delays.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical work orders, from initial creation and review to final shop floor execution.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with established technical standards and site-specific safety protocols.
• Facilitate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) by coordinating test procedures, equipment readiness, and technician support.
• Manage personnel administration, including performance evaluations, training compliance, and onboarding initiatives.
• Collaborate with quality control departments to verify as-built documentation and incorporate engineering change orders (ECOs) into active workflows.
