Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in electrical, industrial, or process engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical engineering role.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience quoting, BOMs, routings, and standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and quote new opportunities to grow sales.
• Support production onboarding of new business and standard work development.
• Develop accurate product costs and margins on quotes.
• Improve processes, lead times, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and purchasing for on-time manufacture.
• Document changes and manage product records (BOMs, routings, prints).
