Responsibilities

• Supervision: manage staffing, training, and evaluate performance.
• Assembly Process: assemble devices, read drawings, pull parts, complete work orders.
• Computer Systems: maintain production records and BOMs, use business software.
• Quality & Safety: enforce safety and quality standards in daily work.
• Continuous Improvement: identify and support Kaizens and process improvements.
• General: coordinate with technicians, engineers, sales, and materials staff.
