Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks an EI&C engineer to lead electrical, instrumentation, and control design for water treatment projects. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, interpret engineering documents, and ensure safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will perform detailed electrical and process control design, support production facilities, and participate in commissioning and FAT/CVT activities, aligning with UL/CEC standards and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial control system experience.
• Experience with UL and CEC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and comment on engineering documents, including P&IDs and GA drawings.
• Design the complete detailed electrical design for water treatment facilities.
• Develop the detailed process control documents for plant operation and safety.
• Perform FATs, CVTs and checkouts as required.
• Manage budget, scope and schedule; report risks and opportunities to project teams.
