• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety or related field; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS or related field.
• Ability to interpret regulations and implement requirements.
• Knowledge of hydrogen and other flammable chemicals and broad safety programs.
• Ability to develop training, analyze data and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Help implement and monitor EHS activities with operations teams.
• Deliver EHS training including new hire orientation.
• Coordinate training and licenses for cranes and forklifts.
• Complete JSAs for new equipment and processes.
• Maintain chemical inventories and SDS documentation.
• Participate in incident investigations and trend reporting.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
