Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Experience working in a Union shop environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and improving the EHS management system.
• Conduct regular internal EHS audits to ensure compliance.
• Train and correct where necessary regarding safety policies.

Skills

Excellent verbal, written, and oral presentation skills

Strong analytical skills

Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 Management Systems

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Team and Relationship building

Education

Bachelor's degree in occupational health, Safety, or related technical field
