Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• CIH, CSP, CPEA, or CHMM certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience implementing EHS standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead cultural change across a facility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Advance safety, health, security, and welfare initiatives.
• Develop and monitor EHS programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead tactical safety teams and drive hazard assessments.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and near misses.
• Prepare environmental reports and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR on workers' compensation and reporting.
