Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Educational Consultant to build a coaching culture and coach Guides working with K-8 students across Dallas, TX and other TX campuses. The role centers on coaching, leadership, and life skills development rather than traditional classroom teaching.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in education are required, with relocation support provided. Competitive compensation (+ benefits) and a W2 structure with weekly pay are offered, along with day-one health benefits and on-site work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or related field.
Experience leading a team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
Proven ability to use performance metrics to diagnose problems and deliver results.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with standards.
Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, leadership, and resilience.
Use performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
Lead motivation sessions helping students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
Maintain a student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
