Job summary

Sheehan Phinney seeks a Manager of Electronic Discovery Services to champion litigation support through technology and best practices. You will oversee document-heavy projects, supervise review teams, and train staff on eDiscovery software and project management.

You will administer the firm’s eDiscovery environment, ensure accuracy of exhibits, and align workflows with budgets while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of eDiscovery experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills including systems analysis and workflow development.
• Experience with internal and external customers and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee eDiscovery efforts using technology and reports to the COO.
• Manage document review teams and supervise as needed.
• Administer and maintain the litigation software environment.
• Provide training on eDiscovery software and project management.
• Ensure milestones and budgets are met and stay current with industry trends.
• Stay abreast of changes in eDiscovery technology.
