Job summary

Sheehan Phinney is seeking a Litigation eDiscovery Specialist to work with attorneys and clients to manage electronically stored information throughout the litigation lifecycle. The role offers exposure to eDiscovery, professional collaboration, and opportunities to advance technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two+ years in litigation support, eDiscovery, legal tech, or related role is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience with Reveal or similar eDiscovery tools is a plus.
• Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help manage collection, preservation, processing, review, and production of ESI (emails, documents, text messages, databases, audio/video).
• Load, process, index, and manage document productions using Reveal.
• Support attorneys and staff in using litigation support tech effectively.
• Maintain secure, accurate, defensible eDiscovery workflows.
• Coordinate multiple matters while meeting deadlines.
• Identify process improvements through technology and automation.

As a Litigation eDiscovery Specialist, you'll work with attorneys and clients to manage electronically stored information (ESI) throughout the litigation lifecycle. What You'l​ll Do

• Help manage the collection, preservation, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI), including emails, documents, text messages, databases, and audio/video files.


• Load, process, index, and manage document productions using the Reveal eDiscovery platform.


• Support attorneys and staff in the effective use of litigation support technology.


• Maintain secure, accurate, and legally defensible eDiscovery workflows.

Requirements
