Job summary

Sheehan Phinney seeks a Manager of Electronic Discovery Services to lead litigation support using technology and established workflows. The role partners with the litigation practice, outside firms, and vendors while supervising document review teams as needed.

The manager administers the eDiscovery software environment, trains staff, and ensures accuracy of exhibits for depositions and trials, while meeting budgets and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years of eDiscovery experience and previous supervisory experience preferred.
• eDiscovery certifications preferred.
• Strong technical skills including systems analysis techniques and procedure development, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, and functional specifications.
• Experience working with internal and external customers/clients and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and champion litigation support efforts using technology and reports to COO.
• Supervise document review teams as needed and manage document-intensive litigation projects.
• Administer, implement, and maintain the eDiscovery software environment and workflows.
• Provide training on eDiscovery software use and project management.
• Ensure accuracy of exhibits for depositions and trials; meet milestones and budgets.
