Job summary

Sheehan Phinney is seeking an experienced Manager of Electronic Discovery Services to lead the firm’s litigation support efforts through technology and established workflows. You will oversee eDiscovery software, supervise document review teams, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and budgets while liaising with clients, practice groups, and external partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in eDiscovery and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of eDiscovery experience
• Experience supervising teams and managing document-intensive litigation projects
• Strong technical skills including systems analysis and workflow development
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Firm’s eDiscovery operations and litigation support programs
• Manage document review projects and supervise review teams as needed
• Administer, implement, and maintain the eDiscovery software environment and workflows
• Provide training on eDiscovery software usage and project management
• Ensure accuracy of exhibits for depositions and trials; meet milestones and budgets
• Collaborate with practice groups, outside law firms, and vendors
