Job summary

Sheehan Phinney is seeking a Manager of Electronic Discovery Services to lead the firm’s litigation support initiatives by leveraging technology and best practices. You will work closely with the litigation practice group, external law firms, and vendors to manage complex document-intensive matters and supervise review teams as needed.

The role involves administering the eDiscovery software environment, developing workflows, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years of eDiscovery experience and previous supervisory experience preferred.
• eDiscovery certifications preferred.
• Strong technical skills including systems analysis techniques and procedure development, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, and functional specifications.
• Experience working with internal and external customers/clients and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and champion the Firm’s litigation support efforts through technology and reports to COO.
• Manage document-intensive litigation projects and supervise document review teams as needed.
• Administer, implement, and maintain the firm’s eDiscovery software environment and workflows.
• Provide training on eDiscovery software use and project management.
• Ensure accuracy of exhibits for depositions and trials and meet milestones and budgets.
