Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Lead eDiscovery Analyst to join its in-house Legal team. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, digital forensics, and investigations across litigation and regulatory matters.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in eDiscovery or related fields, strong certifications such as EnCE/CCE/CFCE, and hands-on experience with OpenText EnCase, Relativity, and Purview eDiscovery Premium. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
7–10+ years in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or related fields.
Experience supporting corporate investigations, in-house legal departments, or law firms.

Responsibilities

Support full eDiscovery lifecycle: identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis and production of ESI.
Serve as liaison between Legal, IT, Compliance, HR, outside counsel and third-party vendors.
Conduct and oversee forensic data collections and analyses with chain-of-custody.
Perform endpoint/data source forensic analysis for litigation, regulatory matters, and investigations.
Support DSARs and regulatory data access or deletion requests with defensible processes.
Oversee eDiscovery platforms (Microsoft Purview eDiscovery Premium, Relativity).
Deliver timely updates and findings to attorneys and business leaders.
