Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead eDiscovery Analyst to join its in-house Legal team in the United States. You will manage the full eDiscovery lifecycle, conduct forensic data collections, and support DSAR and regulatory responses across litigation and investigations.

You'll collaborate with Legal, IT, Security, Compliance, HR, and outside counsel, optimizing platforms like Purview eDiscovery Premium and Relativity to deliver timely, defensible results while upholding data privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 7–10+ years in eDiscovery, digital forensics or related areas.
• Experience supporting in-house legal departments or investigations.
• Professional forensic certifications (EnCE/CCE/CFCE) required.

Responsibilities

• Support the full eDiscovery lifecycle from identification to production.
• Liaise between Legal, IT, Compliance, HR and outside counsel on eDiscovery matters.
• Conduct forensic data collections and maintain chain-of-custody.
• Identify, preserve, and interpret evidence for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Support investigations involving employee misconduct and data loss.
• Manage DSARs and regulatory data requests with defensible processes.
• Oversee eDiscovery platforms and optimize usage (Purview, Relativity).
• Deliver timely case updates and technical recommendations to attorneys and leaders.
• Monitor eDiscovery tech trends and best practices; implement improvements.
• Handle multiple matters with deadlines and clear documentation.
