Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking a skilled eDiscovery Specialist to manage end-to-end eDiscovery processes including data collection, processing, review, and production. The role requires hands-on experience with Relativity or Nuix and a solid understanding of the EDRM framework.

The successful candidate will coordinate with legal counsel, ensure legal holds and data preservation, and maintain detailed documentation of workflows and chain of custody while collaborating with IT, compliance, and outside

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Legal Studies, IT, CS) or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of hands-on eDiscovery, litigation support, or digital forensics.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model).
• Ability to train small groups on customer-facing tools.
• Proficient in documenting processes and policies.
• Familiarity with data formats, databases, and file systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Secret level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and apply methods to obtain electronically stored information (ESI) from data sources.
• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery processes: collection, processing, review, production.
• Ensure compliance with legal hold requirements and data preservation standards.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on discovery strategies and protocols.
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms for data processing and review.
• Perform data culling, deduplication, and quality control per EDRM standards.
