Job summary

CACI International is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager, Litigation Support, to oversee case support for the Fraud Section and collaborate with attorneys on strategies and staffing. The role involves managing timelines, documentation, and production requests in a high-stakes DOJ environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in major litigation project management, strong communication skills, and deep familiarity with e-discovery tools.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressively more responsible management experience in major litigation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadline pressure.
• Ability to work overtime and travel as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and document/discovery management applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex and time-critical litigation support activities.
• Strong technical background with e-discovery tools and data management.
• Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop detailed plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall case support for the Fraud Section including case assignments, timelines, priorities and documentation.
• Maintain reporting requirements to ensure accountability and visibility into operations.
• Coordinate with case attorneys on strategies and support needs.
• Lead regular meetings with lead attorneys and provide status updates to leadership.
• Recruit, hire and train support staff on roles, policies, and litigation software.
• Prepare presentations and lead team meetings and training sessions.
• Standardize case procedures and drive continual improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain QA for data management and production protocol.
• Coordinate with Litigation Support to ensure priority processing and accurate production requests.
• Manage staff utilization, productivity and overtime.
• Assess performance and provide timely feedback.
• Resolve personnel or disciplinary issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Review and approve timecards, travel authorizations, and invoices.
