Job summary

Kiewit Power Delivery is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on high-voltage transmission and substation projects. You will oversee multiple foremen and craft professionals, ensuring safety, schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction.

You will work under the Early Contractor Involvement design-build model, mentoring teams and coordinating with subcontractors, engineering, and project stakeholders to deliver complex infrastructure on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction with field leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading transmission/substation projects.
• Experience with progressive design-build/ECI models is a plus.
• Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution on high-voltage transmission and substation projects.
• Mentor junior superintendents and foremen.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and contract administration.
• Drive client engagement and represent Kiewit in planning and problem-solving meetings.
• Develop programs to maintain strong client relations on site.
