Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Senior Teacher to lead curriculum implementation and mentor other teachers. You’ll foster a safe, nurturing classroom, collaborate with families, and support center enrollment and accreditation goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in center-based ECE, WI Lead Teacher eligibility, and strong customer service and communication skills. This role is on-site and part of a dedicated team across our centers.

Qualifications

• 3 Years of center-based ECE Experience.
• Meets the education requirements to be a Lead Teacher in the state of WI and a minimum of a level 6 on The Registry.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Able to see/hear well to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with children.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum per child needs.
• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Develop positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
