KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to mentor colleagues, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, engaging space for children. You will partner with parents and work with center staff to drive enrollment and quality experiences across communities.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to engage with families while supporting organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English literacy to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
