Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to guide and mentor fellow teachers, delivering our curriculum with sensitivity to each child. This role builds a safe, nurturing space for kids to learn and grow, while partnering with families to support development and education.

You will support center goals, collaborate with staff and leaders, and foster strong relationships with families and local authorities to ensure high-quality childcare across our sites.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with families.
• Two to three years ECE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child development and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers and authorities.
