Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks an experienced Manager, e-Learning Technology Systems to lead the e-learning vision for the Center for Childhood Resilience (CCR).

You will oversee the LMS, learning media platforms, and related support, coordinating with subject matter experts and partners to deliver innovative, effective learning experiences. The role requires five years of leadership and LMS administration experience, with familiarity in Workday Learning, Cornerstone,

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of leadership experience managing functions and teams with increasing responsibility and complexity.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience administering and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience applying adult learning principles to training courses including needs assessment, instructional design, content development, delivery, end-user testing, and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the e-learning vision and strategic plan to increase learner interactivity and improve outcomes.
• Design, develop, maintain, and ensure a seamless user experience of the LMS and learning platforms.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and teams to plan and implement e-learning projects and enhancements.
• Scope and manage e-learning projects including timelines, costs, and resources; deliver successful outcomes.
• Manage data, reporting, and integration between LMS and other platforms; ensure compliance and documentation.
