Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 who will lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals to deliver exceptional personal training experiences.

You will drive client engagement, coach team members, and model top-tier performance while supporting club leadership in executing Life Time Training initiatives. You will manage your personal book of business, coach live sessions, onboard new staff, and help the team reach personal and division financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer credential required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations; includes disciplinary actions as needed.
• Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Be a Player-Coach by managing your own book of business.
• Oversees quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and fitness floor experience for the team.
• Develop strategies to ensure productivity goals are met; lead department-wide meetings.
• Generate new clients and refer them to appropriate staff based on client needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives such as 60 Day and other events.
• Complete and support scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs.
