Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering the Dynamic Personal Training experience on the fitness floor. You will coach, onboard new team members, drive sales, and ensure member satisfaction across all services.

You will manage your own client book, mentor staff, and help the team reach personal and division goals while upholding Life Time standards and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Ensure total experience and results for all clients on the floor.
• Serve as a player-coach by managing your own book of business.
• Oversee quality and consistency of services and fitness floor experience.
• Develop strategies to meet productivity goals and lead department-wide meetings.
• Generate new clients and refer to appropriate trainers.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Complete scheduling and administrative tasks for all programs.
