Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead a team of Fitness Professionals and deliver the Dynamic Personal Training experience on the floor. You will onboard new team members, coach live sessions, and help drive personal and division goals.

You will manage client production, educate on products and services, and align with club leadership to bring Life Time Training to life daily.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Certified Personal Trainer.
CPR and AED Certified.
2+ years of personal training experience.
Demonstrated Leadership / Management Skills.
Demonstrated strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

Lead, support, develop, coach, and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
Ensure the total experience and results of all clients on the fitness floor.
Be a player-coach by managing your own book of business with Dynamic Personal Training.
Oversee consistency of products, services, programs, and fitness floor experiences.
Develop and implement strategies for meeting productivity goals for the personal training team; lead department-wide meetings.
Generate new clients and refer them to appropriate trainers based on client needs; ensure staff have skills to meet member needs.
Promote Life Time Training initiatives such as 60 Day and other events.
Complete and support scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs and classes.
