Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals and deliver top-notch Dynamic Personal Training experiences. You will coach live sessions, onboard new team members, and drive sales and client satisfaction across the club.

This role emphasizes leadership, program design, and performance coaching to help team members meet personal and division goals while delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design and coaching abilities.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations; handles disciplinary actions as needed.
• Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Act as a player-coach by managing your own book of business in Dynamic Personal Training.
• Oversee quality and consistency of programs and experiences on the fitness floor.
• Set productivity goals for the team and drive department-wide meetings to achieve them.
• Generate new clients and appropriately refer them to fitness professionals based on needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events (e.g., 60 Day programs).
• Handle scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs and classes.
