Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead a team of Fitness Professionals on the fitness floor, delivering the Dynamic Personal Training experience and coaching new hires.

You will onboard staff, manage connectivity and sales, educate on services, and drive personal production while helping your team achieve financial goals. You will oversee scheduling, program delivery, and department-wide initiatives, ensuring high-quality client experiences and productive client growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated Leadership / Management Skills.
• Demonstrated strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals to be successful based on brand and performance expectations.
• Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Be a Player-Coach by delivering Dynamic Personal Training and managing your own book of business.
• Oversees the quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and floor experience.
• Determine and implement strategies to meet productivity goals and lead department meetings.
• Generates new clients and refers them to appropriate fitness professionals.
• Promotes Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Completes scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs.
