No experience required! You will support participants as they build workplace skills and confidence, with a focus on teamwork, patience, and a commitment to helping others succeed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, or similar populations.
• Knowledge of Connecticut DDS regulations and person-centered practices.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
