Resources for Human Development (RHD) seeks a compassionate Lead Direct Support Professional to oversee DSPs in a Barnegat Group Home and support adults with disabilities. The role blends hands-on care with leadership, mentoring, and daily residential operations.

Qualifications
- Requires High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of DSP experience with behavioral needs.
- Must pass background checks, drug screen, physical, and PPD testing.
- Willingness to complete orientation and pre-service training.
Responsibilities
- Lead DSP team to maintain program standards and quality services.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to DSPs.
- Support daily residential operations and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
