Job summary

• 18 years of age or older and valid driver’s license.
• Pass background checks and meet physical requirements for care duties.

• Empower individuals: assist with daily living skills and community engagement.
• Uphold quality standards: ensure care plans and documentation are completed accurately.
• Maintain a safe home: oversee cleanliness and readiness; assist with daily tasks.

• Transportation & advocacy: accompany individuals to appointments and advocate for independence.
