Qualifications

• 5–7 years of commercial metal framing and drywall superintendent experience.
• Cold‑form metal framing and non‑structural metal framing background.
• Experience managing piecework subcontractor crews in non-union commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple active commercial construction projects.
• Check subcontractor crews, verify material availability, and monitor quality.
• Take ownership of large scale projects and attend project meetings.
• Ensure high finish quality on commercial interior work.
